Bin Laden is dead

2 days ago it was announced that Osama Bin Laden was killed by U.S forces.  This is a great day in the lives of many Americans, Osama was responsible for the killing of thousands of innocent people.  He was the leader of Al Quaeda and was the world's most wanted terrorist.  No one can ever bring back the people that he killed, but it can help; he will no longer be planning attacks on Americans or others.  There could be retaliation for his death and that is yet to be seen.

School

It is now April, and I think all the seniors here at CM are ready to be done with school.  We will all definitely miss the school as soon as were gone, I have had so many good times here.  The weather is getting nicer and its getting tougher and tougher each day to be at school, we will work through it and now that we have less than a month left of school.

Cm baseball over Lincoln Sudbury

Cm took the field Saturday at LS, prepared for a great game.  After locked in a 1-1 tie, the Cm bats came alive and they began to lay siege on the Lincoln Sudbury pitchers.  Pitcher Matt Goreham had a great outing going 6 innings and battling throughout the game

After upsetting loss last year to Catholic-Conference rival, we look to reload and have another strong season.  In our first scrimmage this past Saturday against Roxbury Latin we won 10-1, everyone came together and played well for the victory.  If we look to win this year not only will the returning starters have to step up, but juniors and sophmores will need to as well.

VA Hospital

I spent yesterday at the VA hospital for senior service.  Most of the time was just getting checked in and having things done like, being fingerprinted, tb check.  Me and the other seniors will have a lot of fun there, as we will be helping others and getting to see things we never have before good and bad.

Senior Service

We will be starting senior service tomorrow and will be doing it every Wednesday for the rest of the year.  Its gonna be great to get out of the class room. Im doing my service at the VA hospital.  Where are you doing yours?

Fab 5

Last night ESPN showed documentary on the Fab 5, a Michigan basketball team from early 90's.  This team is considered one of the best recruited teams of all time.  They changed how college basketball was played, with the style they brought.  Out of all the hype they brought in college, I think they failed expectations as NBA players.  They lost the both years they were in the NCAA finals which to me makes it seem like they failed.
